We are pleased to consult with a prospective client to provide an overview of our services and how these services may be blended to form an effective marketing strategy. We would also be pleased to discuss our fee structure and respond to questions or concerns.

When the decision is made to contract with Fuel Studios for internet related services, our internet marketing specialist will schedule a meeting to conduct an in-depth interview with the client to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business; the products and/or services that are offered; the business philosophy; current markets; previous marketing or advertising endeavors and materials; and, desired marketing goals. Information derived from the interview is treated with the strictest confidentiality.

We fully consider all information obtained during the interview to formulate an internet marketing strategy that best meets the client’s requirement. We then schedule a meeting with the client to present, discuss, or adjust components of the strategy.

Upon receiving client approval of the marketing strategy we will conduct a survey of the competition; request website text copy from the client (or we can write the text as an additional service); review and finalize the text with the client; and begin the design and development phase of the project.

This involves designing the layout, text, and graphic components of the client’s website and placing this content on a developmental server. Our flexibility allows us to use the client’s branding, graphics or logos or we can design and provide this material as an optional service.

Functionality, (i.e., calculation of shipping costs), is programmed and the client’s website fully tested and optimized. At the same time, we perform compliance checks to assure compliance with appropriate technical standards. Once compliance is verified, the client’s website will be launched and submitted to search engines and certain on-line directories. If the project requires additional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or any Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Fuel Studios will enable these services once the website has been launched.
